Lure it with some fish.

Glad to see you back to posting
BTW, there are a few scenes in Resident Evil: Apocalypse that reminded me of your journal:

1) Metal walls set up outside of racoon city (at beginning of film)
2) Police & STARS (e.g. ARU) versus the undead in the streets

I'm looking forward to more entries.

Thanks

Re: Glad to see you back to posting

the first: not you - not yours:P

the second: oh, my god! *looking to the new "alpha god's" userpic*
you've got a fucking conceit baby.
it's no good.

The first : You lost me . . .

The second : This is your wake up call . . . it is 8:00AM GMT and i am not actually Alpha_Dog .

The Alpha_Dog character is a product of my mind . . . not a real flesh and blood person .

Oh my goodness. The famous alpha_dog... I respect him a lot. He has survived some truly difficult situations. He has handled much more than any of us can even think of. You hold on, alpha_dog...

with the impending crapness that romero's latest flick threatens to be, it looks like this is going to be my only solid zombie fix for a fair while..

Can't wait for updates!!

I am confident that LOTD will turn out to be a classic in it's own right . . . but i will see what i can do for you in the meantime !

The odd noise.
I wonder if you will be revealing what the odd noise was that alpha dog kept hearing a long while back. I can't remember the exact words that were used to describe it, but I remember thinking it seemed vaugly insectile, or buzzing. I searched through for awhile trying to find those few entries, but didn't find them. Do you even remember what I'm going on about?

Re: The odd noise.
Does the odd noises have to be anything, at all? just speculating, but fictive Alpha dog could be quite insane from his solitude, and just hears sounds that isnt really there. Or it could be a zombie that crawls around blindly in possible sewers below, rattling the pipes and being pestered by rats. Just two guesses.

Comment on the origional picture *gasp*
Great pic. That's you, right?

And now for the standard "you rock" "origional and greatest" and "when I found your journal one night, i went back and read the begining and I stopped reading when it was time to wake up" :) Thanks for your hard work, man.

zombie death
Most of what I have read tells that zombies die after 2-4 years so if you can hold out longer..........
kingdog on February 17th, 2005 05:02 am (UTC)
Re: zombie death
yes from what you read in books such as Zombie Survival Guide and such, but this is may be totally different. This story does not have to follow the cookie cutter outline of typical zombie stories.

Nice picture! That's you right? I was surprised that there weren't any other survivors in your neighborhood holed up in their house like you. Seemed like a high probability considering the unique nature of your street.

Excellent story! Dying for more!!

arrg, time to start cheering on the zombies again
Updating more than once every 2 months could be nice. It's not like the character has much to do.

Invisible Updates...
Checking the user info on this account today I found this:
Date updated: 2005-03-29 15:23:57, 4 days ago
Yet, the last entry I can see is this one, dated 2005-02-03 17:02:00

Am I nuts, or is that a little odd?
